Formally Exchange Institution Sites
Children's Hospital And Y.M.C.A. makes Even Transfer Of Properties

The Children's hospital and the Y.M.C.A. have filed formal requests with the common pleas court for permission to make an exchange of building sites without any money changing hands. The trade was agreed on by the respective institutions months ago and the court application is nothing more than a formality.

The property now owned by the Y.M.C.A. and which it had once been the intention of that institution to build on is located at Bowery and Buchtel. The new $450,000 Children's hospital is to be built on this site. The property being traded by the Children's Hospital to the Y.M.C.A. is at High St. and Buchtel Ave.
